Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals (MSCMR) cruised to a 6-wicket win against Arcs Andheri (AA) in Match 15 of the Mumbai T20 2025 at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai, after they won the toss and elected to bowl.

Arcs Andheri scored a fighting total of 179/6 in 20 overs after being invited to bat first. Wicketkeeper-batsman Prasad Pawar took center stage with a well-crafted 70 from 46 deliveries, anchoring the innings as much as maintaining a constant rate of scoring. He got good support from Pragnesh Durgesh Kanpillewar, who contributed a useful 27 off 22 balls, keeping the scoreboard moving during the middle overs. Later, Musheer Khan finished off with a tall order in mind through a breezy 24 off 17 balls to push the score near the 180-mark.

Maxwell Swaminathan and Rohan Rajendra Ghag were the best players, taking 2 wickets each and putting pressure at key points. Vaibhav Mali bowled a neat spell too, ending with 1/23 from 4 overs, with control in death overs.

Pursuing 180, MSCMR countered in style, reaching 182/4 in 18.3 overs to win by 6 wickets with 9 balls remaining. Chinmay Sutar dominated the run chase with a masterful 79 off 45 balls, taking the game by storm early and keeping one end anchored throughout. He received excellent support from skipper Siddhesh Lad, who made a classy 62 off 43 balls, skillfully piloting the chase in the middle overs. Sahil Jadhav's 14 of 6 balls was a useful cameo that prevented MSCMR from losing its rhythm in the chase.

With the ball for Arcs Andheri, Pragnesh Kanpillewar was the most frugal, taking 1/16 off 2 overs, while Aishwary Surve and skipper Shivam Dube took a wicket each but could not rein in in-form MSCMR batsmen.
