After the game, when the dressing room was high with celebrations, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Director of Cricket Mo Bobat delivered a heartfelt speech for the players and entire RCB family. Bobat talked about the way RCB performed throughout IPL 2025 and said it couldn't have been possible without an entire willingness to perform as a unit. The performance Bengaluru offered on and off the field was absolutely amazing for the RCB director. He talked about relationships and bonds in the dressing room between the players who made contributions behind the team's success. 

"Everybody in this room, well done. We should be incredibly proud of what we achieved, and when I say everybody, I mean those who played, those who haven’t played, every member of the staff, the content team, everybody. It’s a real team effort, so well done," he said this for all the members of Royal Challengers Bengaluru. 

Bobat is well aware of the madness around his team and how people can react. The dedicated fan base of RCB and Virat Kohli had been waiting for this moment for 18 long years, and the celebration will continue for a few days.

Bobat said, "Think the magnitude of the achievement will hit us in the next few days, when we see Bangalore go crazy tomorrow. I think it will hit us. This is without question one of the most anticipated trophies in world sport. When we think about what our fans have gone through, when they think about Virat (Kohli) being gone for all those years… It's special. The way we played has been special; that’s inspired people. You think about the game before ourselves, back into the aggressive nature of our cricket. It's special… When you see somebody from this room again, you’ll know that he shared this season together; that’s the most special."

He especially mentioned some words for Virat Kohli, the icon and maestro for RCB. He has been with the franchise from the inaugural season, and that's finally paid off. 

“Thank you for everything as a senior player and the iconic player of this team. Andy and I couldn’t have done what we’ve done or tried to do what we’ve done over the last year and a half. Last year was challenging at times as well, without everything you put in, everything you put in over the last 18 years. You deserve this more than anyon"e, the director of RCB thanked Kohli for everything he did for the club.
